Hay 2019: Preparing for the Year Ahead

Okay, so we all want the summer to go on and on, but here at Plas Tirion Farm Livery we have had to think about haylage for the year ahead. It hasn't been an easy summer for farmers bringing in the hay. We may have had some of the hottest temperatures recorded, but the weather has been far from stable: a great day here, followed by torrential rain the next. Eddie (who took most of the pictures above) worked on our fields early and we now have a great supply wrapped and secure for all the equine residents. Thank you, Eddie!
